As per the prescribed format given in this notification, the following sub-sections of Level-II (GP-1) under the Northeast Border (NF) Railway are being applied for the opposite of cultural quota.

Educational Qualification:

compulsory: 

(i) 50% marks should not be emphasized in the case of ST / SC / Ex-Servicemen and in the case of Candidate HSC, such as undergraduate / postgraduate higher qualifications with a score of less than 50% in XII (+ 2 Stage) or in aggregate. ]. Typewriting Proficiency of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi is essential for considering to the post of Jr. Clerk cum Typist/Accounts Clerk cum Typist, based on vacancy (OR) 10th pass from recognized Board plus Act Apprentices/ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.

(ii) Degree / Diploma Certificate in the Cultural Talent Stream for which notification has been issued from a recognized government institution.

Desirable: 

(i) Experience in field and performance in All India Radio / Television etc.

(ii) Winning awards at the national level.

Age on January 2020:

UR: 18 to 30 years

OBC: 18 to 33 years

SC / ST: 18 to 35 years

Application Fee:

 (i) For all the candidates except the candidate mentioned in sub-para (ii) below: Rs. 5 / - (Rs. Five hundred) only with refundable provisions. 400 / - for candidates to actually take the written test). IPO must be drawn in favor of PFA / NF Railway, and payable to 78 - 78১০১১ at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati. Candidates must enter their name and full address in the IPO.

(ii) For SC / ST / Ex-candidates. Benchmark Disability (PWBD), Jobs / Persons, Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes: Rs. 250 / - (Rs. Two thousand fifty) only with the provision to return it to those who appear in the written test.

(iii) 'minority' means Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Zoroastrian (Persian) and Sikhs. The economically backward class means those candidates whose family income is less than Rs. 50,000 / - per year.
